I perform all over the UK and abroad for clubs including Just The Tonic, Jongleurs, Comedy Loft, Backyard Club, Covent Garden Comedy, Top Secret, TED Entertainment and Actz Entertainment.
I've toured Adelaide, Melbourne and Singapore festivals.
I'm the 2015 UK Pun Champion (but I don't do puns in my club set!).
This is Pun-Man opening the show and warming up the crowd as MC at Pun Run, Dec 2014.
Pun Man is ideal for events such as corporates and parties as the act is improvised and tailored to the event (bespoke puns are written in advance, eg to suit the industry or birthday boy/girl). The act is engaging and accessible to people with short attention spans and audiences who aren't necessarily comedy fans.
Pun-Man's first show "Pun-Man's Pun Party" was a sellout at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2015 and Leicester Comedy Festival in 2016. His latest show "Girls Just Wanna Hear Puns" is currently packing them in at the Edinburgh Fringe.
UK Pun Champion Leo Kearse, aka Pun-Man, returns with another hour of ridiculous puns and hilarious stories! The Edinburgh show with the most jokes! What's the worst that could hear-pun? ‘In Iran everyone's scared of spiders, but in Iraq no phobia’ is bad, but there's one about a German sausage that's wurst. ‘A giant of the art’ (Chortle.co.uk). ‘Seriously good. Quick, funny, smart... hilarious’ (Scotsman). ‘Such energy and aplomb that the audience is left powerless to resist... one of the most enjoyable shows of the Fringe’ **** (ThreeWeeks). ‘Very funny’ **** (List).

Pay What You Want
Regularly fills up so best to get there 10 min early.
The smash-hit show returns for a fourth year, with top TV comedians – aka the Gladi-Haters – improvising rants on topics suggested by the audience. By turns raucous and surreal, this show has the audience on the edge of their seat as the comedians try to walk the line. Want to see Darius Davies, ***** (BroadwayBaby.com), Leo Kearse, 'seriously funny' (Scotsman), and guests hate on self-service checkouts? Scottish food? Or Jeremy Corbyn? It's up to you! ‘A great idea for a show, brutally funny... absolutely brilliant!’ (Scotsman). Warning: not for the easily offended!
4-28th August at 11:30pm

Pay what you want!
Twenty second year as the recognised launch pad for future legends. Four top circuit comedians for the price of one. A two-hour show. A proper comedy night. ‘Cabaret at its best’ (Scotsman). In previous years Big Value Comedy has picked the future stars of the circuit and our audiences got to see them first. Boasting an alumni including Mickey Flanagan, Sarah Millican, Milton Jones, Adam Bloom, Josie Long, Jon Richardson, Jim Jeffries, Jason Manford, Romesh Ranganathan, Seann Walsh, Stephen K Amos and now...Leo Kearse.

Just The Tonic (Community Project, Cowgate)
I'm the co-creator of (and regular performer in) the smash hit show Hate 'n' Live, which features comedians "hating on" topics suggested by the audience and pulled out of a hat at random.
